I read the contract, and there it says that payments are at the end of the month, not 5-15th of every month. Also, you got 50% revshare if you got less than 10,000 subscribers.

If you're talking about ZicBent then you're wrong.
"We calculate what Partners have earned and send payments electronically through the Partner's PayPal account the 15th of the month." I am a partner for months, I can confirm that it's true.
ZicBent has a flexible revshare, default % for small channel is little bit low, But one of the strong points of ZicBent is that they accept all channels.

Do not join, bad rev share and no benefits I see.

I don't think it's bad revshare, if your channel has original contents, they offer up to 90% revenue share!

But what about first payment, do i have to wait 45 days for first payment from Zic network?

Actually, i just read contract and it says, that i have to wait not just 45 days, but 45 business days for first payment, which is awful.

Sounds interesting, but I had issues signing up with PayPal. If you have other methods of payout like Western Union or go directly to a bank account or adsense, then I might consider it.

I do need to learn the terms though. I prefer free to opt out at any time (even as short as 24 hours after joining) if I find the network a bad idea.

After getting dropped by BentPixels yesterday I have already applied four of my channels with them, hopefully I can start monetize with them tomorrow or Tuesday.

Revenue share isn't really a big thing to me because I make enough money off my channels anyways. What's more important for me personally at this point is if they accept all my channels and don't blacklist me or drop me later. As long as they don't do that I'm all good with them. It's getting harder and harder to find networks that accept us copyright uploaders so I'll take what I can get at this point.

The 45-day wait period is a flaw since I'll have to wait until May for my first payment but I can tolerate it as long as like I said before I don't get dropped.

just wondering if someone has say 50k subs ect why would you partner up with a network? surely if your just by yourself 100% of the money is yours
