you can't buy using paypal unless you are willing to pay around 10% fees

if not you can use coinbase, circle, localbitcoin or any such exchanges

you can buy bitcoins with paypal using localbitcoins.

For me, this is the best because of their in-house Escrow service and I always use them. I heard Circle is also good but I've never tried them. There's this other site, Virwox (haven't used them too). OP, whichever means you choose always remember to trade securely.
