Considering to go with you add buy a VPS. There is one question I have to get answered before I make the final decision. Actually this question arises with every Vps service provider, not just you.

How do you protect your clients data from being stolen by your support staff?

It's quite not in your interests as a service owner.
But support staff has access to all the clients data and sooner or later they may decide to get some additional income by extracting clients data and selling it to 3rd parties..

I never got that kind of question, but it is a fair one. First of all, if you change your password nobody can access your VPS unless you install softwares that have malwares on it. Also we have contracts signed with everyone so if sometimes happens we know who does it as every VPS is assigned to one of our workers.
