No privates in Germany. I can offer Canada and a few in the netherlands but thats about it at the moment.

I am looking for approx 300-500 SSL proxies with ping values less than 200ms everyday, How do I get a trial account? I am unable to PM you :-/

Yes and I don't see any problems with the site, people have been using it. Make sure you login with your username and not email address at the login prompt. I'll PM you for more details so I can check logs to see if it something isolated to your account.

Don't forget you along with HTTP and Socks proxies you also have access to a updated Webproxy list thats found here http://coolproxies.com/webproxies/ New webproxies are added everyday.
