How to create snapchat accounts?

Hi Guys, im looking to create multiple snapchat accounts, is there anyway around it to create multiple accounts online rather than on mobile device? Thanks

You can create it using android emulator

Try using blueStacks, that should still work. You can use proxies with blueStacks if you use a program called proxycap.
