What would be the cost of a managed service and do you provide WHM / cPanel installed, if so what would be the additional cost if it is not standard on your servers ?

Unfortunately we do not provide 1gbit guaranteed.

Excuse me, I've ordered a couple hours ago. And I as of yet still have not received my VPS login details or any email for that matter.

We provide VPS details automatically. May I know your email? Usually if it's not in your inbox, it must be in the junk folder.
 
Do you allow adult content? Also is it easy to upgrade if I purchase a 6 month package and I need more bandwith for my traffic in lets say 1 month?

Yes, we do allow adult content. And yes, both for our shared hosting plans and VPS plans, we have a one-click upgrade option for higher disk space and RAM. Bandwidth for VPS's is a guaranteed 100mbps.

We have two management plans. Semi-management and full-management. With the semi-management plan, you'll receive customer and technical support through our ticket system. With the full-management plan, which comes at a price, you'll have your own technician assigned who will do all the technical management for you. He or she will install the OS, any chosen programs and/or control panels, and any other data.
