Are these shared between other clientele, I'm not talking about the 8 ip authorization per account? Residential based or commercial server ips? Any hidden restrictions like can't view youtube videos, can't visit specific sites, can't use flash or javascript etc? Are these mostly virgin or are they heavily reused for this price?

Based on commercial servers.
No hidden restrictions, every website should work perfectly.
They are virgin proxies, haven't been abused.
