Ranking dropped after adding links

200 links that quickly is too much if you want to rank a website safely. It's normal to see rankings go down at first when you make drastic changes to the websites links or on-page content.

forum profiles
forum article posts
bookmarks

generic\naked anchors

These type of links shouldn't harm the site unless these domains were heavily spammed. I would say give it some more time and see what happens.

Who sold you those as a good 'diversity' service?

You know what, I do not want to know.

You best bet is to check google indexing rate to see how many of those links got indexed and when. Profile links take a while to index, some forum articles do as well depending how often the site is crawled.

If google did not index every link at once (Which they will not unless you force google to) then you should be fine in terms of number of links.

I would not be super concerned about bad links, but just in case save them in a file as you may need to get rid of them.

The biggest missing factor is what were your rankings before? Top ten? Number one? Barely in 100? The google 'dance' means many different things depending on where exactly you were. That would give us a better idea of what is going on.

try building some authority links and do social sharing, you might get back original position.

You should not build 200 low quality links on same day!, its spam

Look at WMT if those links listed in dashboard. You have to use "disavow tool" for notifying to search engine, those links removed.

Also submit request for re-crawling your website.

my website is 4 months old, main keyword(14000) was only on 6 page, but most of low-mid keywords(100-1000) was on 2-4 page

btw
WMT shows only a few new links

Do some good guest posts and build some natural links (Out reach to other webmasters, offer them some $$) and get social signals and see the result. Hope, you can over come this problem

its normal when this happens, also its part of google algo.

tl;dr: Guy goes balls to the wall, has 200 low quality links built all at once, expresses surprise at ranking drop, wild speculation based on nothing follows for next 3 days.

any suggestions? or you just want to continue to speculate?

If there are low quality links, are you sure they are even indexed? If not, they might not even be the culprit (just a coincidence).

On the other hand, it's just a dance, I believe. Wait for a few more days up to a week or two. However, I would suggest overall to continue building good links since your site is not even page 1 (so basically you didn't lose anything but just a few dollars on buying that service).

Well, SEO is as an industry is based on speculation, some of it however is more baseless than the rest, like most of the answers in this thread. There is however a fairly tried and tested adage that I generally adhere to and may indeed be helpful to you too, it goes something like this:

'Build shit links, get shit rankings'.

Suggestions though, disavow in WMT if the links show up there or alternatively start again from scratch, no point throwing good money after bad.

should i use 301 to new domain and use the content from dropped site?

Why risk either? A 301 will basically say, 'okay I've moved domains so now direct all the crappy links to my new site'. Using the same content risks Google saying 'Hmm I've seen this content before somewhere else that we didn't like, these sites may be related'.

The last part is doubtful but why risk it? The downside far outweighs the upside of reusing the content.

nevertheless, now all crappy links are deleted or disavowed. what if i'll 301 to new domain and then delete it after a week? Domain has no manual\penguin penalty so i hope this way will work

Now i'm going to add 10 links from my pbn and wait two more weeks
