i've got a dutch site with 500-1000 visitors daily but bouncerate is +90% and they dont stick longer on the website than 30sec. Currently earning me 3-4 $ a day on adsense. Is ur method suitable here?

It probably wouldn't make enough money on your site to be worth it. We need higher engagement than that, and ideally more traffic.
