Sounds like you're sending fake bot traffic made to look real or you're doing that arbitrage for dodgy traffic.

How likely at risk are people's adsense accounts? Who pays for the traffic, you right?

Neither. And I use my own accounts. I'm a master of maintaining dozens of accounts safely, so I rotate them out as needed to keep things safe.

This is an organic traffic JV, so the traffic isn't paid. I run a crapload of paid traffic myself, it's how I make most of my money.

Can you do wix sites?

I got a site with all u.s. organic visitors that gets 200+ visitors a day.
 
I have a site receiving almost 1000 UV daily mostly from returning users and organic searches. I wouldn't want to turn off my users, though, your offer does sound appealing. PM me detailed information please.
 
Note to anyone sending in PMs or applying: the minimum is 1,000 unique visitors a day. eCPMs are roughly $100 - $200+, largely depending on what country your traffic is coming from.

I've gotten this question a few times, so I wanted to clarify. I am NOT sending you traffic, I am monetizing your EXISTING traffic at a higher eCPM than you are currently getting. That's what this JV is about.

i've got a dutch site with 500-1000 visitors daily but bouncerate is +90% and they dont stick longer on the website than 30sec. Currently earning me 3-4 $ a day on adsense. Is ur method suitable here?
