Can anyone Explain this?

submitted a Post in wiki site and got indexed on 1st page of Google withing 4 mins.
search for a keyword and you get this result.

The reason I was interested in the threads was because I thought it might be technically challenging they way the Google Knowledge Graph/Knowledge Box was getting spammed. After looking at it, it wasn't.
IMO, they are using nothing more complicated than Parasite Ranking, and rather than ranking a site they are trying to get a Telephone Number to rank. The Knowledge Graph is just picking up those telephone numbers because of the spamming of high PR parasite pages. The information here is meant to be informational/educational and not to be followed.

They are using high PR parasite pages and using that sites authority.

Just follow what your competitor is doing and then out spam him.

1. Search Google for your keyword eg "quickbooks telephone support"

They are just using old BH spam techniques, look at the keyword stuffed page:

3. Copy your competitors telephone number and search for all parasite pages and sites that it appears on. eg "1 888 535 O118"

This is your footprint.
4. Scrape all those pages and sites. Create accounts on all those sites and make identical posts as your competitors replacing their number with yours.
These parasite pages are indexed quickly because those sites have authority and are frequently crawled by googlebot.
The pages only last 24-48 hours before being deleted so you will need to constantly spam those parasite sites/pages.
5. Set up your VPS, run it 24/7 using Scrapbox for the scraping and GSA SER for the posting should be enough to get started. It is nothing more than Tech Support Spam

As I have explained to you via your PM's and Skype calls I do not have time to help you, but there should be enough information there to get you started.

I have told OP, I am not prepared to help any further because I am concerned he may be working for Tech Support Scammers, he assures me he isn't.

These guys are running scam but my company is authorized reseller of Intuit and we have list of proadvisors working with us as well.

Parasite SEO is where you use someone elses site that has a large authority to build pages on and then rank using links you normally wouldn't be able to use on your own domain.

SPAMMING:
Spamming is the sending of an unsolicited email. What this means is that you send an email, generally an ad of some sort, to someone who has not requested to receive that information from you.

It's not that they spammed that page up to #1, it's that they fooled the knowledge graph into thinking that was the quickbooks phone number by spamming it across a MASSIVE amount of different sites. Since Google wants to show you that specific number, it picks a listing for the knowledge box out of the pages referencing it. They had no clue what page would actually rank and it didn't matter, because it was bound to be one of the thousands they put up.

They might have spammed backlinks, but I seriously doubt they would have had to. Anyway, being this is an actual criminal enterprise, the guys at Google probably actually tweaked their criteria for determining the phone number of an entity to make it unfuckwithable.

I dont think they are spamming backlinks, it is something else, they use googleping to continuously ping these links but something is also there
