I am not saying about Bing accounts getting banned,That is Totally Different thing...Im asking If Your Card Doesn't get accepted in bing Then You Will Refund or Not....You Should Be Confident about what you're selling will work or not...It's not about guarantee...

I can refund or replace in case the card is not accepted and not charged. Unfortunately, many people confuse it with the "Can't authorize payment" error they get in bing and claim the card was not accepted. However, in this case, the card was still charged and I believe the error comes from using a bad IP address. I can also give advice to anyone buying my cards to make sure this doesn't happen.

I was able to add my girlfriends info to a brand new account.
Seems Bing needs a DIFFERENT card & identity entirely for it to work.
