Yes, Instagram proxy will work also for Twitter. If you need proxies for Instagram, you must order IG proxies because on regular proxies IG is blocked by default.

I set it up on my laptop and it worked for 5 minutes then stopped ..
so much for speedy set up. Been emailing support and still not working. I'm frustrated at this point.
