As I told you, there is nothing from our part as all our clients can login. We've seen the problem while on TeamViewer but there must be something with your ISP since every browser gives you the same error.

What do you mean by that? They usually never go down, but if something happens you open a ticket and the issue will be solved very fast.

If there is a bigger problem, of course we can replace while we fix that.

I've been with Shape Host for a couple of months now. (VPS Square) I've never had any problems and the only time I had to open a ticket (because of something that was my own fault) the support replied in just a few hours - on a Sunday.
