Cards work in the US and can be registered with any US or international billing but cards DO NOT work with BING. The reason is: BING won't accept ANY prepaid debit cards, only credit cards.
Just wanted to clarify something I was confused about--earlier you stated these cards would work for Uber, but Uber doesn't accept prepaid cards either.
