I'm searching for a cheap web hosting for my PBN but want to avoid buying from a reseller and finally using HostGator servers.

Does anyone know if HoboHost is a reseller ?

I have used them as PBN and never had a problem.

Okai finally they answer to me this via email:

They are okay and cheap and fast!!!!

If someone know more cheap web hosting (who own their server) like hobohost for my PBN please let me know.
