Hi,
Thanks for your reply! This was all I was looking for, some reassurance and a little communication with an opportunity to look into the problem more thoroughly. Had I received a message similar to the one you just posted, I'd have been more than satisfied.
The lack of detail in support replies, flat out ignoring messages and way this ticket was handled in general left me to think the problem would never be fixed and my only recourse was a refund. As you can see, I mentioned raising a Paypal dispute twice... a good support team should be doing everything to make sure a customer doesn't refund, never mind flat out ignoring such messages!
As for the bug itself, all I care about is stability moving forward. I don't mind adding the data again, I just don't want to add 100s of projects and be hit with the same bug again.
If your new updates include project backups or a means to avoid the bug, no further assistance is required. Can you PM a little more about the updates i.e. expected release date and the nature of the updates?
I Need to know how it can be reproduced. Exact way how you added a project. Hitting you up.
