Cloaking Facebook Ads and Bing Ads [HELP]

Hi everyone i been looking for this great stuff they called it cloaker. Does cloaking Facebook ads and bing ads still working? what i mean this time?
Does this still working? i been reading it also and i really don't know which one works the best at this time.

Yes, people are still making thousands of dollars per day cloaking AdWords and Facebook.
There is no way to tell which is the best cloaker. You can split test them. Use a cloaker for each month and track which one makes your account last the longest.

Every seller will say their cloaker is best for obvious reason but ultimately, it's not the support or their cool sexy UI, It's the account lifespan which is real metric to certify cloaker's effectiveness.

Don't get fooled by paid reviews. Split test and find yourself!

It's the best answer so I have nothing to write again. Follow his direction it will better for you.
