Firstly, i was interested with the VPS for the good specs and the discount, which you can get beginner vps for only $3, which i can say it's really cheap.
The VPS performance, well it really slow. I might suspect "the SSD" is the main problem here, because what, the CPU and memory usage is almost at minimum. I can't do anything without seeing the loading pointer icons, or not responding tabs within a minute. Sometimes it the VPS freezes, which forcing me to close the RDP for minutes until i can connect again to the VPS.
I was planned to use my vps for uploading/downloading some files or stuff. But currently can't do much of it because there's a "bottleneck" between the SSD and the internet connection (100 Mbps Port).
I have contacted support hours ago, but not yet getting a response regarding this.

Allowed in moderated level and must use Proxy.

We change IP on renewal on every month. No any charges. Maximum 1 IP change each month.

Update: We just replace one of our Las Vegas server with a new server. Our Las Vegas server was slow so we migrate our customers to a new server which working normally(Good speed)

Deal with caution with this guy, his support is so bad. I asked for refund, he said he will refund within 24 hrs 4 days ago and till now he is no longer responding and he closed the account I created on his site without refunding me. I wont call him a scammer but I will say, deal with caution.

I apologize for this issue, I already tried to refund your money via perfectmoney module but failed and also try to open website but still not working.

I just create a VPS and installing windows OS, I will login to PM via RDP and refund your money as soon as possible.
