I need a twitter bot will pay

I don't know how to code so I don't know how to make a twitter bot. I'll make a list of what the bot should do for me. I have only one twitter account, I guess I could make a couple more. Not sure how far I can go without account getting suspended by twitter.

1. Tweet to random people, I have the list of plenty of people.
2. The tweets should be random, sometimes with no pictures other times not.
3. Minimum 10 tweets per day.
