We offer LA, Chicago, Dallas, and Buffalo currently. And no, most of our proxies are most likely banned by Nike so do not purchase them if that's what you need them for.

Yes, we have hundreds and hundreds of class-C subnets. Choose the 'Mixed' cities option after payment to get proxies from different cities which will yield more subnets.
