I ordered 5 proxies and 10 emails and I haven't received anything... I log in to my dashboard and it says...

"You must add at least one authorized IP address for your ports to become active. After adding an authorized IP address your subscribed ports will appear here. If they do not appear after a few minutes, please refresh the page."

As far as the emails goes... It says my order is unfulfilled.

EDIT: Ok... I enter a valid ip address and it says I have 5 proxies but the ip address for these proxies doesn't show up.

EDIT2: Ight... I see my proxy ip's, getting ready to test them out now... Still waiting on hotmail email address though...

EDIT3: Proxies not working... Do I have to enter ip's into my browser or is it set up differently?

Please help.

I'm interested in buying the 5 port dedicated proxy plan at $6 a month, and before I go ahead and start the trial I was curious if it's different ip's, or do we have the choice to pick different ip's, or are they all on the same subnet?

Are these detected as proxies?

Do these proxies have https (SSL) support?

Do you retire proxies you've sold before or am I buying previously used proxies? I understand they've most likely been used before, I'm just curious how you go about this.

Also, I plan on using this for a video game, so if they happen to already be blacklisted by the company am I able to change? I've bought socks5 before that were banned by the company but I've also bought plenty that weren't. It's something I can find out immediately after buying since I just visit the site.

1.They are all different IPs and we have hundreds of subnets in stock, so you will receive a variety of subnets upon ordering.

2. No, they are fully Elite anonymity.

4. Dedicated proxies have NEVER been used by my customers in the past. All of them come straight from our ISP.

5. We do not allow replacements/refunds based on proxies not working on a particular site/purpose. That being said, that's why we give free trials so you can test to make sure they will work for your purpose... if they do, it's easy and simple to upgrade to a higher package.
