Do I have to make any purchase at non-reputable sites?
You may be wondering if this is a scam and do you have to make big purchase at non-reputable site to get the cashback. Not at all. There are 1,800 cashback stores available and some of the reputable ones are up to 5% back from ebay, up to 7% cashback from amazon, 4% Sephora, 6% Macy's, 1% Newegg, etc. A lot of them are online stores in US but I often use 7% cashback from godaddy because we needed domains for our niche sites anyway. In order to qualify for cashout, you just need to earn minimum of $5.01 from cashback. This is not hard because you may be already purchasing online at many of the stores anyway so you might as well earn by doing what you are already doing.

Right now they are doing a bonus offer of $5 for 1st referral, $45 for your second referral, $50 for your 3rd referral. So, by just referring three people, you will get $100.
Execution
It sounds simple enough but how can one execute it correctly? If you just use ebates referral form and spam this to thousands of emails, it probably won't work and your mail may go into spam. The correct way to do this is to spend some time and write up a nice tutorial of how this site work and how people are able to get cashbacks from their ordinary purchases. (Just like credit cards, see how many people like to earn cashback through that). I am not going to spoon-feed and show you the exact format, but the important points are, be sincere, use more screenshot or visualguides, don't exaggerate and made it sound like scam, do not spam.

So, after you have your write ups (article),
1. Search for some deals, technology blog that offer guest posting and have your article there.
2. If you have your own blog, you can made a posting about this or have a small banner ad in sidebar to a custom page you made.
3. Recommended* If you are already selling something on ebay, either physical or virtual item, once you have received the money, follow up with a thank you mail and attach your article as a pdf (simply use word and save as pdf) in the thank you mail thanking them for the purchase and letting them know they can get up to 5% cashback from their purchase.
4. The method above works for amazon as well.
5. Recommeded* If you already have an email list that target deals, making money or something relevant, you can include your article in there too.
