A little more information about the survey:

1. This survey is anonymous
2. You can leave an e-mail address if you want to get the results of the survey in a few months
3. Your mails will never be used by me for any spam-like "e-mail marketing". I don't disrespect you

I'm not planning on launching anything. I just want to compare my thoughts with the thoughts of my colleagues. It is interesting. Well, at least for me

There's no hidden sense. No tricks. Just what I said. I don't even plan to publish the data. Sending the results to the participants is ample.

Actually, I performed a similar research for Russian SEO experts and I used their recommendations to perfect this one. I just want to compare trends. Again, just for me. Without publishing.

And this analysis wouldn't be very interesting for you anyways.

How long does this take to do?

10 minutes to create initial questions
10 minutes to create answers
10 minutes to review, rephrase, etc.
20 minutes to put everything in google forms
10 minutes to test and fix errors
30 minutes to design it
30 minutes to apply my friends' and other SEO-experts' suggestions

Two hours, I think. I guess it took so long because I didn't know all features and how things work. It would take much less if I had experience.

I'm an SEO expert. I have clients I promote. Usually they are international e-commerce shops. I've been working as an SEO expert since 2009. Well, I didn't do any white SEO in 2009-2010

If the user is new, he a-priori can't be a cool specialist cuz he doesn't have experience of being here. Right. Makes some sense.

That's why I get all these funny questions and accusations. Hell. This is so normal for forums. I guess I could do the same on the forums I consider "mine".

I love forums. It's just I mostly participate on Russian boards cuz they're kinda a little more into technologies and computer science.
I think the reason of that is that Russian black-hat SEOs often work directly with hackers, which makes sense for their living (it's rly hard to be punished for hacking in Russia).

I'm not gonna post the results anywhere. Only this topic (NOT "IN this topic"). In fact, I already did post it (the topic, not the results). Even got banned on WF for "self-promotion". I guess, they thought I'm gonna use the data to promote myself. Funny. Some moderators may be very arrogant towards newcomers.

Yes, It's interesting to be here, to be a part of a great community and stuff, but I wouldn't say my English is good enough to avoid certain tension.
I do respect folks on forums and expect same stuff from them.

Some of the senior members are suspicious of new members due to the occasional spammers and scammers who join the forum to take advantage of the community. It's not that anyone is under the notion that someone new to BHW is new to SEO, it's just due to the reason I previously mentioned, although don't take it personally, it's just the other members looking out for each other.

I'm not sure who the last sentence was directed at as no mods posted in this thread. Anyway, here's a list of BHW membership levels that may help you differentiate between moderators and non-moderators here (originally posted by GreyWolf).

Your English is fine. This forum has members from many different parts of the world and some of those members have English much worse than yours, so don't worry about it too much.
