[Guide] How to post a backlink on a PR5 page
1. Go to Linux Mint website (sorry I can't post a link, for now).
2. Mouse-over on the menu labeled "Project" and click on the sub-menu "Donors". The page is currenly PR5 (3 years ago, this was still PR3).
3. Make a donation. In my case, I donated $5 via Paypal. It's up to you if you want to donate higher or lower ($1).
4. Wait for a few days. In my case, I waited 3 days before I receive an email (in my case, Paypal email) from Clement Lefebvre (founder of Linux Mint) with a link (and password) to change my Name, Nickname, URL and Country. I entered my Anchor Text under Name and URL under URL.
5. Go back to Linux Mint website and check the "Donors" page and you'll see that your Anchor Text/URL is now on their Donors page which is a PR5 page.
If you want to keep your backlink stay on that page, donate every month. Every 1st week of the month, the list are refreshed with new donors for that month, and the old donors (list) are transferred to their blog (or featured to their blog).
New blog post don't have PR but later on, that page PR will rise as well. I have an old link from their old blog post (created 3 years ago) and is now PR3.
