OBL ranges from 15 to 100+, but the ones that have 100's usually are paginated, so it shows about 20+ at a time on a page.

Blog comments quality: the comments are related to the theme of the site and articles related.

PR: 2 to 5 links (VERY GOOD).
OBL: average but its not problem.
D0follow: All the comments were d0follow.

Overall it seems a good service.

Blog comments are typically shit. These were really good. The metrics on the pages I checked were great! DA/PA 67/29 on the first one I checked at random. All the ones I've checked have been similar. Gonna get some great link juice from these.
