Tried eating Vegan..

I guess i'm feeling better because i'm cutting back on TOTAL calories, and just getting more nutrients in then i normally would. From real foods that have less ingredients. Before it was anything that could be heated in a microwave or had 10k+ ingredients most of which were bad i'm sure. Also had a high intake of salt which can be bad. I use pink Himalayan salt though, haven't used it lately.

After one week i've noticed i do feel a world better. Don't have as much symptoms though i must be honest yesterday i took in too much kale and collard greens (from smoothies) and i read they have some form of acid so it's best to take it on slowly and not go in with overkill. I'll be sure to cut back on those tasty leafy greens. At some point, i may try to find a source i can visit in person to get high quality meat. I don't plan to eat it daily. If i decide to go that route and balance it all out. I know some guys who raise some cattle and animals around here.

I hope it inspires people to search for their maximum health. Doesn't matter if you go plant eater mode or stick to meat/dairy/eggs. Do whatever your body responds best to.

Maybe we should all hide under our beds afraid of dying. After all, a lot of things kill. Be a vegan, get ran over by a train, you are still dead.

I hope this was a joke, otherwise I know some people that are thinking like this, and they are just wrong. I mean I don't know how they can be so stupid, like you should stop worrying about your health just because you can get killed by car.

Lol love this thread! i think like hateandbreak said the thing is to find what's really right for you without going too overboard with some types of food... like one of my grandmas she's all into organic food she even cooks organic macrobiotic meals for her cats (always thought that fuckd up but why not after all)... she looks a bit like she's underfed and all but she's been eating that way for almost 30 years and the food she cooks is really a+ i have to say. I would however never go into it, I like steaks to much and chicken and bacon and all that crap! I think I also read somewhere that humans are supposed to eat meat in fact... like our teeth are not made to eat only vegetables (like the cows) otherwise we would all have rotten eroded teeth!!

No actually, it was not a joke. Just because you eat meat, does not mean it is going to kill you. As in just because you get on a plane, does not mean it will kill you.

Fine, if you want to live your life scared of your own shadow because of the next article about "Drink your own piss, Water causes cancer" go ahead, it is up to you. However I prefer to just enjoy my life and take it as it comes.

This does not mean I eat unhealthy and stuff my face with McDonalds everyday. It quite simply means I am not going to listen to the next "Everything Causes Cancer" article "Magazine Fluff".

I am happy eating a balanced diet.

Believe it there are many many things just as relevant as a diet, which people could stop doing, to try and avoid their inevitable death.

Went vegan for 6 weeks and felt like Rambo. Recommend anyone tries it just for the challenge.

After the cleanse I bit into a fat juicy steak with lemon & garlic then prematurely ejaculated. Usually I ejaculate after I swallow. Onto the steak. Then take a nap and my dog eats the rest.

I would go vegan although I don't know what to do with it. The only time I'm vegan is when using whey protein. If you need to gain weight than you only need high calorie diet, hence vegan is not congruent with high calories. Just my 2 cents.

I believe that your health has improved in contrast to your past, because vegan is healthy, I just fear an imbalance of protein and creative side.

Vitamins are what worked for me and I feel a significant amount of health, away from my high school days living on chips and soda and crashing.

It's a huge pain in the ass to do, but I think a great start for anyone would be to eliminate processed food from their diets. I tried eating this way for just 3 weeks (fresh veggies, meats, no gluten, etc... Close to a paleo diet), and my energy levels skyrocketed and my morning aches and pains were non existent.

I ended up slipping back into my old ways because it's tough to sustain, being a busy person and sustaining this kind of clean diet.

Been vegan since May 2015. My life is so much better now. I'm not depressed anymore, sleep better, more productive, more energy, and my body just feels better. Did you know that vegan blood fight cancer 8x more efficient then non-vegan blood?

Hate to disappoint you champ, but whey protein isn't vegan. Whey is made from milk, which comes from a cow (or goat or whatever), and consuming animal products is a huge no-no on vegan diets.

I can never understand Vegans' diet. Like, they are missing out on a lot of great things in life.

If eating meat is part of "the great things in life", its time you take a hard look at what you consider success :o

LOL more bullshit science. Source please.

And the OP just admitted that he ate microwave food and then switched to vegan. He could have eaten dirt and felt better. Microwave food is awful. Like I said, we assumed he was eating meat and switched to vegan, but the truth comes out that he was actually eating piss poor food. Not sure if McDonalds would be a better choice over microwave food.

What are peoples general thoughts on eating pussy? Good or bad, or does anyone give a fuck if it is bad?
