I've built a few social signals, especially like and share button activity to authority links before without trouble... but doing a large scale T2 link push isn't needed. You could if you really insist, but it exposes a good link to extra risk for fairly small gain.

Link from Huffpost is waste...I have got huff links but never seen any change in rankings.

Huff is still a good link... but lets face it, there are a LOT of guys selling links on it and that has to effect its value. Still a very good link, no doubt.

If you care about it, treat it like your money site. Build some high quality buffer sites (like web 2.0s) and blast them instead

If the huff article is actually do-index and do-follow then huff will link to them internally from one of their sections. It will build plenty of internal links and gain PA after a month or two. No need to spam it with tier 2 or 3 links.

If you're talking about manual high DA links, yes. Social is also okay but you must watch out for footprints. Generally, you should drip feed those links over a period of time.

And you should only do it if you got links from a post that has been widely shared, and is written by a respected contributor.

If you purchased that link from seller then may be you get cheated because those links are not indexing.

If the links are not indexing then there is no value of it.

There are plenty of index ******** huff links. They are definitely harder to get than the noindex versions but they are definitely available.
