I know cards work with Amazon. At some point I believe ebay didn't want to accept ANY prepaid/debit cards. Not sure if it's still the case. You can try with a $5 card. Thanks.

Cards will work just fine with Skrill. Since cards are issued by US based banks, these won't work for gambling/betting sites.
