Received report about a week ago.
I got 674 Tier 2 links and 5522 Tier 3 links.
Web 2.0's review: overall the articles where readable, I ordered +2 articles on each web 2.0. I did notice that the same keyword was linked in all web 2.0's, even though I had provided 4 different keywords to be used for linking. Fortunately you get the logins so I edited and changed the linked keywords on each web 2.0's.
Tiers checked out as far as Moz DA being 20+. CT and TF are very low however, mostly at 0, but of course this wasn't part of the sales pitch so no problem here.
Overall the service is worth the price, so far I haven't seen any increase in rankings but it's too soon imo, will report back if I see any boost in rankings!
