Built one recently. I've one isolated test making it look incredibly obvious to see if Google spots the spam and slaps the site.

Another to test if lowering the CTR of the entire first page shakes anything up.

Another is a little more advanced trying to look much more legit for a normal CTR test.

When I get the time I'll scale things up and try to remember to do a case study.
