Hi methos,

The tier 1 links should all get indexed yes. The majority of the tier 2 links will get indexed as well. But we over-deliver on the tier 2 links so this shouldn't be a problem. Only Google can guarantee 100% indexing. We make the links and yes, they should get indexed and normally do. But we don't have direct control over indexing.
