I checked it and already altered the needed and still same reason of disapproving.

They won't disapprove without any reason. Reason is your website doesnt have enough articles, theme is not fully functional or something.

A good ideea to get an approved account on adsense is to make a channel on youtube with some original videos and then try to subscribe to adsense from youtube admin panel.Or make a blog on blogspot with 5-10 unique articles and subscribe to adsense monetisation from blogger admin.

There is no significant value in any of your posts. There are spelling errors everywhere, and it looks like most of your posts are less than 500 words. That's why you didn't get approved. You're not presenting anyone with valuable information. I don't need to know Lindsay Lohan tried out for the part of Regina George or the youngest Instagram photographer is 5. To Google that looks like thin content. You are never going to get approved with a site that looks like that.

Your best bet is to just buy an Adsense account, or monetize the site some other way.
