Support is awful, can't get in touch with anyone. Wait some amount of hours for a reply to your ticket...yeah cause that works when dealing with clients or trying to show your site to people during a presentation only to have a server error. I had someone in chat from Shape Host and then they proceeded to ignore me. I called the toll free number numerous times and yet every single time no one is available. The wait time is unacceptable, you can bet that if I don't hear a reply immediately after posting this that I will be canceling my service. I have no clue how one can attempt to conduct themselves as a professional without any type of support system.

You have to test it for a new by forcing the VPS with the softwares you use. This is a new technology we are using and to make it available for everyone we need someone to test it.
