Its depends how fast you scripts is and how many foxes you use. Sure you can make like 500k in 24hours, but you will get banned because its not that human like.
Im doing this with a script (downloaded in here bhw) which does it every 30sec and with 3 firefoxes. I think i can do that my self, so its "human like".
Like i say, you will get banned if you do it too fast.
But if i sitting down and dosnt use any scripts, im sure i can generate 5points (exam. 1 facebook like) in 10sec.
So its 30points in 1 min and in hour its 1800points. Even they must understant thats easy.
DO NOT TRY DO 10K POINTS IN ONE DAY.
Reported that you will get banned. I guess that isnt "human like" activity.
No human can do that long (or you dont have a life) like 24-7.
What is limit for day? I dont know. I do like 5k. In several threads people says they do 5-10k on a day. Some says they does 20k/day. It is safe? I quess not.

Why you try to use proxy?
For addmefast? Why? Theres no benefits of that, or sure there is if you try to generate points to several accounts.
EDIT:
Its depends type proxy you use and where. If you have an IP which you manually put on firefox proxy settings, sure its work. If you use like hidemyass addon, i dont know, never tested. With they web proxy it should work fine, i quess.
But heres a warning, examble:
Now you are in situation where you are connecting to addmefast with a IP provided from proxy.
On first time let say ip is 1.1.1.1.
On second time you connect from 2.2.2.2 to same account.
And so on, on some point it will be suspicious, right?
And even suspiciously is when you connect on same account from 2-3 different ip's on same time. Thats a ban, i think.
Offcourse if your doing that for different accounts its cool. But be sure your proxy connects from same IP today and tomorrow.
I have a sites, which will get you banned if your IP changes at all time. I dont know if addmefast check that, but just saying..

Where did I say I used a proxy? I merely said that I ran multiple instances of firefox with the same IP and 5-6 hours after I did that my account got banned. It was quite obvious I received the ban, due to the use of multiple instances/profiles of firefox with the same IP.

to open a new firefox profile just hold windows logo and click "r"
run will pop up and type in
firefox -p -no-remote
then click ok
This will open firefox profiles that you have on your system.. You can add delete and choose a profile in a much easier way.

When i try to add "-ProfileManager" at the end of the target text i get a error saying the target box path is not valid.
Update (lol) - I did this for the Target ----> "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" profilemanager
and when i click it firefox opens up a new tab on my current browser and searches "profilemanager" in the browser and ends up at profilemanager.com lol
