I have over $1000 in unused balance remaining in their panel, requested to get a refund 4 days ago, due to their views not working anymore. Has been having issues for a while now so finally had enough. I was told over skype that I would receive paypal refund within 48 hours, then on the support ticket i was told by the same support staff that "Your refund request has been received and has been forwarded to our payment processing personnel. We will let you know if there are any issues with the refund request.". So far still have not been refunded. The last payment i made to them($1k) doesn't fully cover the balance left on my account, but I am willing to accept that as a refund, however that payment was made almost 2 months ago, 2 days from now it will no longer be refundable via paypal. Maybe i'm being paranoid but i get a feeling they are purposely stalling the refund so they can claim "ah its too late for us to refund it" - has any else experienced issues getting refunds from these guys? seems silly that I have not been refunded by now.

SCAMMER ALERT - DO NOT BUY FROM QQTUBE! should their services stop working and you want to refund what is left of your balance back to your paypal, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU! looks like i'm going to have to start opening disputes now, really pathetic, very disappointed in you guys, considering i'm a long term customer. If you don't do refunds then don't bs your customers, say so from the very start instead of spinning a web of lies just to waste my time.

I use qq pretty offen and it's great only problem I ever has was twitter retweet and favorites dropping but other then that everything works great.

Never ever believe this vendor anymore, I was their reseller and sold millions of view for them but they can do nothing with youtube updates!

Have you found any good sellers with about the same price and that does have a panel?
QQTube has a lot of bug in their panel and that's really annoying.
Also, they don't even answer to their post here.

I'm back guys. I'm redoing some things on the site and then I'll be starting a new thread with all updated information since this one is very outdated now. All of our services are running as usual.
EDIT: I think I know who you are and you're the person who request a refund for a payment(s) from 6+ months ago. Thats just ludicrous to blame us for not being able to refund that, considering paypals rules/terms on that.
You are so full of it and clearly aa competitor. All of our services are working completely fine and we refund EVERY request that is sent to us. The only time we can't refund is when the transaction is more than 60 days old and PayPal will not allow us to do so. You are either a competitor or someone trying to hurt our reputation because this is simply not true.

What are you talking about? We have been delivering views fine for years, no update has caused a stop to us.
I'm back now and what bugs are you referring to? Everything seems fine to me. We're redoing our entire front end and backend though within the next week or two.
Our service has been alive and well for years.
