My Facebook page Value - questions/monetizing

Hi

I have a facebook page with roughly a 5 million reach per week. The average post reach is anywhere between 100k-250k+.

The average engagement is around 1000 or so likes per post.

Last week I had 95k post clicks, 18k shares & 70k likes and 12k comments.

The audience is 90% from the UK and most of that is the South of England.

When I put a post up, I get up to 1000 visitors to my website at any given time. (live analytics) - with 3 posts linking to a site resulting in 15,000 clicks with a 85% bounce rate.

Any idea what this is worth or best way to monetize? I am currently using adsense to a low degree of success.

P.S the page represents a special day in UK Culture. So once a year the post reach is ridiculous. (10million)

How much are you currently making with adsense? Are you only posting event related content from the site, or general stuff? That bounce rate is pretty typical with fb traffic.

A given would be, put a newsletter form in their face when they visit your site, also create a tab from your page to subscribe, build a list, start emailing them a month or two before said event, and start sending them offers related to the event. You have a targeted location and event, you just need to do research on how you can make that work to your advantage.

How much you can monetize depends on how much work you put it, no one can answer that question for you.

I do agree its low, but ive only been monetizing 2 weeks. It is increasing significantly. To be fair i think ive implemented the ads badly.

I actually have another site, but its made so badly it also gets no adsense rev really, that gets 10k hits per day organic, differnt niche though. I need to re do that too

back to the page, i have somebody putting up 5 posts a day now, and they are making more adsense rev tha nbefore, any tips appreciated.

Im not really interested in selling posts unless they are highly paid and relevant to the page, i feel this will be an issue.
