Old News Article Post Harming My Reputation

I am in a trouble and need your help.

There is an very old online newspaper article (published on May 2013) appearing in search engine with my name search. I want that post to be get out from the search engine results or even get it down to the 4th or 6th page of google. As that article is harming my personal and professional life now days.

I have already hired reputation management company twice but they were not able to get it down in the search results. Now even i don't have money to pay for this work.

So Need your help. Please suggest me what best i can do to get out of this situation. Please help me

Either flood your name on different support to rank it higher than the other one (youtube account with your name,facebook etc)

Or contact the website and try to make them delete the article, either by explaining the situation or paying them to delete it, chances are they dont care at all about some old article and will delete it with no problem

1) Doing negative SEO to a high authority site won't solve your problem (at least in 90% of the cases).
2) You cannot achieve your goal without investing money into it.
3) You hired some cheap reputation management service and of course they could not do anything about it. Hire someone that can show you proof of their work first, not just mumbo-jumbo crap with a 70% discount.

No one will do it for free. If you go for a cheap solution you will get same results. Get someone good at SEO and not a 'reputation management firm'.

Save up some money and then hire an SEO...

If its an authority site then you may aswell give up.

Try contacting them and ask for it to be removed.

Reverse engineer their backlink architecture, reduplicate it and then add some high powered BLs and SM.

I have had individuals with arrest records at the top spot on g00gle get pushed back to oblivion. Depending on what they invested, it may take some time but the effort of saving your reputation is worth it.

You're not going to be able to do it for free. All the advice you need can be found online. Implementing it and knowing what works and what does not work is what costs money.

But i never hired a cheap company. I hired some of the most famous and very well known companies and saw there track records which seems excellent. But its my luck that they even give up.

If you don't have money, I guess all you can do is to either contact them to get it taken down, or just rank your name by signing up to bunch of websites. You could also read up on negative SEO, basically just blast their site with tons of crappy backlinks and make them derank in the search engines - though not sure that is a great idea.
