Email their help centre and they might give some advise. Currently, they're integrating the Dailymotion Publisher and stuff so I bet they're quite busy.

I'm sorry to be the one who breaks the bad news .. search google for "$1,000/Month using DailyMotion, Did it on Youtube within 6 months" it is Black Hat World thread .. I found this after I saw your question .. I was trying to find more about the issue .. Not sure how accurate it is .. check the last response in the thread .. I wish I can help you more

i have the same issue, over 1400 dollars on hold, and alot of other DM users too, i bet its because of the huge upgrade of the site.. but from what i heard, payments should be proceeded within a few days
