Yes, most are onfollow but nofollow passes anchor relevance if you use targeted anchor text. It is also beneficial for passing authority to your site and for getting right ratio of nofollow and ******** contextual links. So it is not directly useful, but the indirect benefits are as good or even better than the direct benefits of ********.
