IG new UNFOLLOWING limits / Temp blocks

I just had to lower all my infollowing limits as I got the temp ban too after not having an issue with this for past few months.
Weeeeee. Just lowered limits and everything is good again. My accounts are aged 2+ years too!!!
lowered to what?

Delay is not the factor. If you delay to 2 minutes in between unfollowings, you'll still hit a wall in the 400-ish range.

So it's simply 400 unfollows per 24 hours?
Yes, that's about it. It's actually in the 300-400 range for some accounts, and up to 600 in some other accounts. I haven't seen anyone being able to do more than 700 in one day.

I ask the support of Crowdfire staff and they replied this:

We are well aware of this issue. Our team is working on getting it sorted for you. Please hold on a little. It will be fixed in no time. :)

And no worries, you won't lose your accounts.

For sure this people of Crowdfire would do something to figure out the new limits, they only have this shot on instagram since Twitter is dying and was their main business.

I just unfollow 5 people/hour and 100 people/day. So far i'm safe. Keep it simple until further notice

Because they're hurting more than spammers and they know this.

They have data. They analyzed the data and realized that this change would probably hurt less than 1% of their userbase.
They don't care if you're able to promote your stuff on their platform. They care about money.

If this change meant that IG would start declining in growth, they'd go back to the old limits. I don't see that happening though.
Facebook is fucking horrible for promoting your stuff, yet everyone still uses that platform, because that's where the consumers are.

Let's not pretend we matter that much, or that IG will be worse because we can't unfollow a thousand dudes a day.

The ban limit is somewhere between 150-400 unfollows. It all depends on the specific account. It has nothing to do with delays or so. I have tested on both aged accounts and new ones. Actually some of my new accounts can unfollow around 320 while my aged hit the wall after 150. I tried everything from setting up different delays and so on.
All I can say is, that doing unfollows and hitting the temp. ban is a risky thing. You gotta be naive to believe that temp bans, won't hit you with a perm. ban. Ofcourse you should take temp. bans seriously. It is a warning.
However sounds good that crowdfire is coming up with a workaround. for your main accounts, let it be and for your other accounts just test. For those of you complaining about yout businesses being affected. I don't believe many of you use your main's to follow or unfollow, since it's to risky. For the rest of your accounts... Forget it for now.. Just make new accounts and hit the platform. You ain't got time to unfollow 300 a day.

Guys, there is a difference between a temporary ban and blocked for going too fast. I don't think those two are the same. Being temporary banned means that unfollowing actually doesn't happen at all. I'm pretty sure most of people are getting only blocked from unfollowing due to going too fast and not temporary banned.

is someone actually being BANNED by having too much temp blocks?

If ig won't ban you who cares to be blocked only 12-24h of unfollow.

I got 2 temp blocks on same account. But I don't want to take risk on that account.

OFC, have a look to this thread/secction, don't expect having a daily temp block without raising a red flag.

If you look on the brightside, yes it may be slower to grow your accounts, but you may make more money in the long run due to more people buying shoutouts, since that is a great way to gain followers without following anyone

I was only getting Temporarily Blocked for "Going too Fast". Not a ban or lock out, just a temp block for 6-12 hours.

Seems like yes, and what I've found from some people that if you use like 60-120 sec delay you can unfollow about 600-700. Have anyone tried? There is also difference between software that use public and private tokens. With private you can do more.

I got blocked for going too fast using 20-30 sec delay and also using 120-180 sec. It happened when I was unfollowing more than 300.
I didn't see difference between using software or doing it manually

Anyone have found a way to unfollow at least 500 per day without getting temp banned? I will pay for the settings :D pm me

Greetings. My first post here.

I've been using FL for about 7 months with no problems. Sitting at just over 14K followers now. This week I started to unfollow and bam, temp block. It said I was going too fast so I slowed my unfollow delay right down to 65-75 seconds which I thought fixed it. No, it just takes longer to get banned!

I too can confirm that I can unfollow about 350 a day before the ban kicks in.

Guys there is no difference between ban and block! Several blocks will eventually lead to bann. What makes you believe that you can keep violating and get blocks and then just keep doing it without facing payoff. I mean do you seriously think facebook create such limitation just for the fun of it!? Personally I my self will care hitting blocks also. As I mentioned before. Test it with accounts which doesn't have values for you. And as it seems right now... the limit is somewhere between 150-400 all depends on the specific profile.
And don't expect things to change. I mean why should they.. They bought the platform to make money of it.. Not for you and I to do so. You wanna grow and be visible.. you have to pay for ads. It exactly like facebook. Back then people also said that it's the end of facebook.. but look today they are even bigger and stronger.
If you look back.. when instagram started you could follow unfollow unlimited.. you could like and comment unlimited.. Regulations came.. People didn't leave.. It grew bigger even.. and things has been changing allllllll the time.. and people are hanging on.. You have to think alternative solutions.

Tested another idea this morning, I managed to do 263 unfollows in less than 10minutes, 264 resulted in a temp block.

next on the agenda is to do 263, wait an hour or two and then try again.

Try this: Unfollow 200 in 30 mins..Wait for 12 hour repeat.
