Hello there just a few things you could try.

disable Overlay ads

enable Ad breaks

Before the video
During the video

Preview


After the video

and look at your tags for your adverts and make sure you have not blocked certain categories of ads on your adsense account.

keep in mind if most of your traffic you receive is not watched on YouTube you will only make money from Overlay ads which pay bad and very low ctr

This probably has to do with the competitor having a better channel, more links to the stolen video, maybe he reported your video?

Since after August, my every video which i upload in my niche were doing just fine if they were taken down it was like after months,so suddenly this community flagging started. Every video i upload gets taken down.
