Need buyer stealth account on Amazon

My uncle wanted to use my account to buy something and didn't tell me what so I gave him my information. Turns out he was trying to purchase more than the maximum quantity allowed for certain items and Amazon emailed me multiple times telling me the orders were cancelled. He did this on my mom's account too. My mom's account was closed a few weeks later and just recently so was mine. I never had issues with them before this. I'm not trying to sell anything, I literally just need an account to buy things since I do a lot of online shopping for convenience. Is there anyway I can create one or buy a stealth account?

Amazon will link your accounts if you will use it on same IP and close it eventually, you can try e-mailing them and telling the situation, and trying to convince them to re-open your account.

I know they track a bunch of stuff so I didn't remake an account. I did email them and explained the entire situation but they refuse to open my account.
