Dispute with OneHourIndexing Extropy

Hi Moderator and other members.

I would like to have a shit list open against @Extropy @SEO Power

So this is what happen

I brought and subscribe to One Hour Indexing service from Free to Basic. After I make payment, my account remain Free so I pmed them, open ticket and send email trying to get a response.

Shortly, SEO Power replied me and ask for my email that got issue, So I tell him 2 emails account which is possible as their portal does not indicate any information about your email etc so I got no idea.

After I tell them the 2 emails, despite after a few days, the account remain "Free" so I went to their thread and post and hoping to get a response.

What make me disappointed was that they response other people queries, some even later than mine and ignored mine even thou I paid.

I only get a follow up until I post a 100% truth bad review onto their thread and they send me a email directly(they could do it if they bother about my issue that my account remain free despite paid)

So after a few emails exchange, they ask me to open "ticket" at their portal to get back the refund which I din't as it should be them doing the refund directly at their Paypal.



For now I already escalate this to paypal resolution center. and yes the same thing, they din't response to the paypal resolution center.


I hope the moderator can do something about this kind of service. For all you know, by my profile that I am a frequent buyer of BHW services.

I, myself spend thousands on SEO monthly and have good relationship with many SEO provider.

I hope this kind of bad service by Extropy and SEO Power will get some attention.

I'm not sure what the protocol is here, but I'll reply with facts. If I need to attach screenshots, let me know.

To be frank, it appears that he doesn't really have an issue other than he felt he wasn't replied to promptly and didn't like the answer he was given.

- We received an email on 9/21 at 4:25 AM asking for account access. We replied less than 6 hours later saying that we can't find any account from that email address. (He didn't provide any additional information)
- He didn't reply promptly to our request for his account login, instead posting in the thread that he wasn't upgraded. (Not sure how we can check your account if you don't tell us what it is...)
- When we got the reply on 9/23, we manually activated his account so he had access. (Paypal didn't send a payment notification so his account didn't automatically turn on)
- Two days later, on 9/25, he posts more in our thread saying that we don't respond and are horrible. Given our response time was less than 6 hours (including weekends when we don't work), I'd say we're on point.

He did ask for a refund and our refund policy is posted in the footer of every page of the site - we don't give refunds. But Charles broke policy and offered it to him anyway. And, since Charles can't do it himself, instructed buyer on how to most easily get it (send an email to a specific address).

I see nothing bad or wrong going on here. He started off by not giving us the info we needed, then got really upset and calling us a scam even though he isn't even eligible for a refund. Per the guidelines in section 14 of BHW rules, we aren't lying or committing fraud so this shitlist thread should be removed.

Further, I request that his posts from our thread be removed because they aren't an accurate representation of both the situation or our many years here and our thousands of customers. His continuing to post on this topic is harassing and unjustified given that not only was his problem solved before he started complaining in our thread and he continues to post on it.

Let me know if you'd like any other info.

Also, I'm still happy to provide a refund if he wishes.

Remember SL rule #4 (see the sticky). I gave a warning to a member and removed his post but after this message, it's infractions so make sure not to violate the rule.

I had made the payment successfully. The issue here is that I made attempts to contact the Seller through his thread, private message and email.

Despite my post on his thread to seek help was earlier than the rest of the member, my thread was not response/ reply or taken attention on.

Thus I decided to post a bad review on his thread [after a few days of my post not taken any response ] and after several rounds of disappointment ( login everyday to see if my account upgrade from Free to Basic(since I paid for basic) .

Then I receive an email immediately from the seller when he found my bad review post on his thread, and said that I hurt his business and want me to delete the post. But he never mention any form of refunds or guilty or apologise for his kind of customer service.

Black Hat World can see from my history, that I had been doing deals with some as high as a thousand (6 packages of the largest size at a go).

I never do any form of bad review or argument. but I only had issue with this service provider because since he not keen to do my business, he should just refund me 100% of the payment which is just $8.50 usd, its a small sum compare to the thousands I spend monthly.

But he take his time, not willing to make refund, (take note that I did not even use his service to date) and ask me to go open a ticket at his portal whereby he can just login to paypal and make a refund since the deal went wrong fully.

I hope Administrator & Moderator can take note on this issue. I not trying to stir troubles or what, I not making any name calling or etc. Everything is true facts.

The thing is not that I am very interested in getting back the $8.50 which I in the first place willing to let go to try his service.

I am just unhappy, and feel that he had no intention to refund after his fault, and he still argue and insist his way saying its 100% my fault.

I did my best to contact him and of course, as mention above. things doesn't goes right. I not sure if he will be punish or not, or I will be punish or not. I will continue support BHW service provider despite this bad incident, but I would like to see the outcome of this shit list.

This is false.

The Private Message was ALL sent on 9/21/2015.

- The detail of first Private Message is my "Paypal Transaction ID" in full with the subscription number
- Second Private Message was saying my "paypal email address"
- Third Private Message, I told him the account I signup with could be my email baoky***@gmail.com

The email was send within a 1 minute gap (between the 2nd and 3rd private message)

I only know the account was "activated" after I post a bad review on their thread.


The fifth private message and sixth private message was on 22/9/2015, I told them I am tired of waiting, and I would like to have a refund.

I did PRIVATE MESSAGE them first ( 3 DAYS BEFORE I POST THE BAD REVIEW ) , before I post the bad review. You can check my account data. If you need screenshots I can take it.

I DID not receive any response from them after 21/9/2015.

Then on the 25th (3 days after I private message them for a refund and also posted on their thread seeking help / and their portal ), I make a bad review post on their thread.

There it goes ! I got a response on my email asking to take down the bad review. I seek help but there was no response until I do something like posting a true 100% fact bad review on their thread.

Dear Moderator,

For your info, I did not even know "account" was upgraded or what happen. I receive no notification, no message, no email, no private message reply, no portal response.

The last PM I received from them was 21/9/2015, they only say they upgrade my account when I post the bad review.

You get what I mean? I also waited 3 days before I post a bad review on their thread, then I got their attention.

I seek a lot of help and tried to end it with a refund since they don't treasure my business.

* I also did not receive refund despite I tried to reach a settlement with them after the bad reviews, they say they will refund me, and ask me to delete the post, but even until now I did not receive the refund, and also thats also why I started the shit list.

Its not just about providing screenshots or proof or whatever, I can provide screenshot easily and I believe BHW moderator can check my PM with them too. All is 100% truth facts on the date that I mention above. If I lie in any of the statement, feel free to permanent ban my account. Theres no reason for me to find trouble for just $8.50, I just unhappy and upset with this seller. and they like so interested to keep that $8.50 .

But to boil it down to the issue at hand - at the worst - the account was activated after the complaint was received and we neglected to tell him. Then, just like in this thread, he blew it up with tons of posts.

We deal with dozens/hundreds of transactions daily. It's possible we missed a post or a PM as we're human. But I don't think any person can reasonably say all these horrible things from what happened here. And again, that's the worst case scenario we're talking about.

I'm on vacation for the next week and will do my best to post an update when I hear back.

Anyway i still did not receive refund for this purchase.
i guess you owe the moderator and me a sincere apologise and not take the fault label it as *100%* the fault of me or the mod.

And also you seems like not willing to solve this at the highest priority and intend to drag this till your holiday running while the mod and me waiting for an answer.

There was no accusation. What I said is the truth. And that truth also reflect on this shit list. You are taking your own sweet time to resolve this. I believe in talking only the truth and not falsifying the date, actions as you did on your 1st post here to twist the jury result.

thread on his behalf. He is NOT a Jr. VIP and therefore has no business handling things on that thread.

Ok, so everything I put in my initial post was correct. The relevant screenshots would be here:

So instead of rambling posts of feelings, let's look at the issue at hand.

1. Buyer didn't get his account activated immediately.
2. Buyer didn't provide correct account email to look it up. Twice.
3. We replied promptly to all emails and requests.
4. We activated his account manually once we got the right email.
5. We neglected to tell him we activated it. (All it would take is a login to see, but buyer apparently didn't try)
6. Buyer spams our thread multiple times asking for refund. Our 'no refunds' policy is posted on every page of the site, however Charles offers one anyway. At that point his account had been good for a couple of days, but he spammed instead of checked.

Truly this all would have been resolved immediately if he had just provided correct info in the first couple of interactions. Or it would have been resolved had he checked to see if his account was activated before he had an emotional outburst in the thread. Clearly we tried to make things right, exchanged 4 or 5 messages on the first day alone.

Mods - if you disagree with my assessment here, let me know. I don't know of anything I'd do differently aside from making sure the notification went to him when we activated it.
