Hello,

I find my self in the following situation , 5 years ago my PayPal account has been permanently limited for selling World of Warcraft currency , the thing is I need another account on my name since everything online is sold/paid using PayPal.

Can I make a new PayPal account using a new email , a new credit card , BUT the same account number (IBAN) ? or do I need to change my account number as well ? If I change my account number as well are they going to limit me again ? Should I make a new Ebay account as well ?
Stealth accounts are out of the question since I don't live in the U.S.

Thanks.

Any help ? I just don't want to do any bad move and ruin another credit card/bank account .

You need new email, new card, new account number, and you need to log in using different ip/pc user( make new user) get a dedicated vpn for this you can find for $10/month

Go to Walmart and buy a American Express bluebird prepaid card. It has a bank # and routing #
then change your ip, make a new email and a new selling account etc etc
then you should be fine.

Honestly, none of that will work. I had a PayPal for 7 years because my wife used to sell baseball cards doing her residency. Well, she quit doing it for sometime and then one day. I received an email stating they were limiting the account due to suspicious activity. It had been logged into and fooled around with but nothing too drastic, since we both had an account in separate whatever's. They limited both the accounts, then after their "investigation" they determined that neither of us could have an account with them ever again.. On the bottom. it states this appeal cannot be appealed.

It's unfortunate and has been the misery of me trying to establish new business. Yet, just look into different options out there.

PayPal is changing their game after being with Ebay for so long.

Maybe find a friend who is WILLING to set one up for you. But never log into the account using the mobile app on your phone if that phone number has been tied to the account.

Don't listen to that, he doesn't know what he's talking about. Do what nnahlee suggested and do some research of your own on the forum. The answers are all here you just need to search for an hour or so.

Same thing happened to me. I reported my credit card and debet card lost and got a new ones by my bank with different CC number and different IBAN.
Also make a new ebay & paypal account.
