Got a 301 from a DA 15, TF 15 brandable domain with some nice authority backlinks and a clean profile. If I see good SERP movement, I will be ordering again

Take the review for what it is worth. The domain I received had minimal links to it (Think around barely over triple digits) in Ahrefs, and not many new links in the past year. When someone picks up the project again, sells a domain, flips it, re - launches it, it should lose links since it was last heavily active. This makes it look better in the eyes of the big G in my opinion.
For what I was expecting, this seems safer.
Did I mention I will order again? Even a slight boost is worth the 60 bucks for this service as my site is relatively clean, and I do not need to waste time link building for months and pumping out quality content in the hopes I get an increase. This is a great kick in the rear of my site.

Yes you can make some links to your redirects, it does pass more juice to your money site. PBN/Web 2.0s to your 301 will help in maintaining the 301s well. But dont spam your 301 with gsa or scrapebox
