Hello,

You want to change your France VPS to Canada VPS and the other France VPS to Germany VPS. That takes some time to do it, and on other hosting proviers is not even possible.

There is a server in France and the other one in Canada. That is why we ask you for a location when you order a VPS, because we have a number of resources in each country and when someone all of a sudden wants to change all the VPS locations we can't simply do it without affecting anything else.

Please be patient as you are asking us something that usually is not possible, even though we are helping you. We can't just leave new orders behind and take care first of these kind of requierments.

i purchased a couple of new sites that increased the load considerably.

i contacted godaddy and I upgraded to their managed VPS, BUT it was not that managed. The sites did not load and they said I need to instal this instal that.

im NOT technical so told them to get lost!!!

can you advise, is your product totally managed by YOU so I don't have to touch the server side?

can you transfer my files and databases to your hosting?

i would be paying annually. Can you give me your best price?
