Just come to Europe as soon as possible and pretend that you are Syrian refugee. You will get something, go to Germany or Austria, they are stupid enough to accept everyone that say he/she is a refugee

The crisis at the moment with refugees has made it alot harder in france and others. There are so many people fleeing that the borders are being shut down because they can't cope with the numbers.

Is not Mexico a decent place to land for you?
You probably know the main language and there are some decent places to live at reasonable numbers from what I have read.

Just what I was thinking, Mexico isn't France or the USA but from how you describe it, it's a big step up from Venezuela.
EDIT: I'm French by the way, if you need any contacts in the country I can check around and see if I can find someone who can give you some info.

With $1500 a month you could live a nice lifestyle there, somewhere in Baja or Acapulco. Most people get by on a lot less.

As far as I know public universities cost less that 1000euro per year
I'm not looking to have a fancy life, just enough to get by with the basic needs, besides, I currently have other projects that could scalate those earnings.
I can't just get on a plane go to a country and stay there, can I? (serious question).

No, you cannot as there are different kinds of visas for each country which allow you to stay for various amounts of time in addition to a passport.
There is actually a lot of information to digest before making that choice and the types of visa is one of the categories you would want to investigate.

You're right about that, $1,500 per month in the US is NOTHING. In a majority of places that doesn't even cover the rent/mortgage payment for the month. You want a "new" car here in the US? That'll be $350-$450 per month plus another $150 per month for full coverage insurance since most people are now too broke to pay off their vehicles up front. You want cable & internet, that's another $175 per month. Electric? Another $170 per month.
Hell... I just though of this, why the f*** does my cell phone bill cost more then my electric?

That's messed up man. Your phone bill should never be more than your electric bill. I'm on a family plan and I pay about $60 a month for my cell phone bill. I get unlimited everything including text and data, no throttling.

I'm with Sprint, but understand I've been with them since they became a company. No joke. So we get unlimited everything because they were our very first cell phone company back when cell phones were first gaining popularity. Remember those old 80s/90s phones that would probably give you cancer if you used them today? I still have mine.
So we get a pretty good deal from them. Their service in our area sucks, but I put up with it because it's inexpensive.

No wonder your bill is so low, I'm currently with AT&T, while they're expensive, I always have reception and never have dropped calls which is why I put up with their prices. Still though, when your cell phone bill amount exceeds that of your electric, there is definitely an issue.
Time to switch soon.... Need to upgrade to the upcoming 6S anyways.

Given the gravity of your plight, this seems a rather low priority concern, doesn't it?
Immigrants are subject to the same taxes as local citizens, AFAIK. Maybe France is different (not likely, if they feel the need to fleece their top earners of 70%), or maybe there is some reciprocal agreement with Venezuela that exempts French taxes for anyone residing in France for less than a year.
My guess... Your first priority should be getting out of Venezuela, and it is probably easier and less risky to try a country nearby, unless you have some family ties to Europe or the USA.
It's a sad, sad situation there. Best of luck to you!
