Adwords Account Supsended! WTF?!?!

Hi everyone! I have a big problem with Adwords! I've try many time to create a new account but it is always suspended. Google send me this message:

"Your account is suspended - We've identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts."

I've setting my account in this way:

- New IP Address
- New MAC Address
- New Windows Account (so without cookie)
- New Website
- New (and real) bank info
- New gmail account
- New name of bank account and gmail account
- Low campain budget (30$/day)

I've try this way for 3 time and with different info for any attempt! And every time google has suspended my account.

What is wrong??

I use payment by bank account. So cost of campain will be charged when i reach for example 100$ of cost.

I've try to use a prepaid card too, but result is the same.

I've make a new campain every time. Link to my website is different becouse i make a new webiste for any attempt. Only keywords are similar, but this is obviuous becouse if i want to sell for example a "diet pills", i can't change keywords and write "phones".

What about billing/mailing address ?? Do u put a real address or just a random one ?

Do you have any further info, what have you been using it for generally you kind of know if your up to no good.

Direct linking to aff offer can sometimes be enough.

Could it be your geolocation? (Just read OP again)

Yes, i've put same real billing/mailing address.

I experienced same kind of problem before,created new accounts with everything uniquely but still getting banned.
I found that its because of landing page,i always clone the landing page and use different domain. I think Adwords has a system to find this.

I've used different address for every account (mail and bank account).

From what I've read, the big guys - G, FB, TW have invested significant $$$ to combat suspicious activity. I would assume they go much beyond IP, proxies and MAC to find out who you really are. If it was any other network, I'm sure your account would have been fine for the level of precaution you had taken including new bank account but I doubt if it works well for Google and FB.

Usually landing page is the same for every attempt, but one time i had change landing page, site map, and all contents.. But result was the same.. Account Supsended.. So you have solve this problem for your account changing landing page?

You're "burned" atm no matter what you change, even when clean IP/account/billing method or "new website" you still promote the same product with the same keywords (it happened to me btw when I tried to advertise with cheap china jerseys kw) I lost 4 accounts but I made it finally when I used cloaking method... Yes its correct only IP, MAC etc are minor things for these people they go beyond and get all details of the bank account , billing address etc and make certain the person is using many billing address, so one has to be very careful in this, Creating new billing account has to be meticulous else it will be detected.

Yes these all things are the basic things which everyone does and guys sitting to review are well aware of these basic tactics, but this doesn't means that one should not do this, these things are the bare minimum which one can do.
