I recently purchased 25 pbn websites with minumum TF of 20, seller delivered his job and when i started checking website metrics i found that most of the sites have TF well below 20 and as low as 2

I asked seller WTF? He says that it is because websites are not connected online and once i have put them on hosting TF's will go up to where they need to be.

Is this true?

I don't want to waste my time setting up 25 websites to find out that they are not worth anyting.

nope, scam - TF is based on the links they have, doesn't matter if the site is online or offline.

furthermore, a domain with TF 20+ should be really expensive (i'm thinking at least $150 if not a whole lot more - just the domain) that is because they're hard to find (first of all having TF 20+ means getting some really strong links, usually from top notch guest posts / pbns - and secondly, the domain would have to be expired/deleted, so that would make it even harder to find).

It looks like the seller is not being truthful with you. I would be upset if I ordered domains with TF 20+ and some of them only had TF 2

Yeah you got scammed. Like mention above Trust flow is based on external backlinks coming in, whether you launch the site has no bearing on TF.

your domains can lost TF only if they lost backlinks (and this is posssible only if your seller used own PBN for improve TF)

Trust Flow has different numbers based on what you're looking at. For example...

www.google.com - TF 99
google.com - TF 98
news.google.com - TF 74
scholar.google.com - TF 58

That being said, you can look at those metrics without the site being live, it's based on the IBL's and nothing else.

Does he offer a refund? Seems like he underdelivered by a long shot. Also if you made the purchase with Paypal you can call them up and they will likely refund your payment.

yea I was screwed like this before too. I was promised niche relevant 20+tf domains and I received non-relevant 8-12 TF domains.Highest one was 18 TF.

Is this the domain metrics or Homepage metrics? It is also very easy to trick TF's as a couple blog comments can skyrocket the stats. Usually what I - And I guess lots of people - refer as "quality" are backlink history. Strong links from authority sites > any kind of TF's.

If the seller said that it's a scamm. Be sure to check the subdomain as well. Could be a misunderstanding?

You should get what you pay for. If your domain TF values are below what you expected, you should ask for your money back.
